Store Policy

Collectanea Historia is an original collaborative zine project dedicated to fairytale-themed original characters. Featuring 40 original characters brought from oral fairytale to life in the pages of our storybook by 37 artists and 5 writers! 

By making a purchase on this store, you understand and agree to the following: 

• All items on this store are preorder items, meaning a production period of a few months will follow after our shop closes. 
  
  
• Products displayed are digital mock-ups and may differ slightly from the physical items you receive.
  
  
• All purchases are for personal use only. Buyers may not purchase any of our items for commercial use or redistribute them in any way.
  
  
• Collectanea Historia is not responsible for any customs or import fees placed upon packages by postal services. 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your order prior to preorders closing November 10th, 2025 11:59 PM PST, please contact us through the contact form on the shop with your order number for a full refund (minus processing fees). We cannot offer refunds after preorders end and we enter our production period. 

Collectanea Historia will only be responsible for replacing or refunding items under the following circumstances:

• Order was not received due to mod error (e.g. address on shipping label does not match address on the order)
• Order contained incorrect, missing, or damaged* items.

Collectanea Historia will not be responsible for refunding/replacing items under the following circumstances: 

• Order was not received or was otherwise incorrect due to buyer error (e.g. buyer inputting the wrong address, ordering wrong items, etc).
• *Order was damaged after leaving shipping mod’s hands (e.g. was damaged during shipping or by courier mishandling — please contact your postal service).
• Buyer no longer wants items.

Where is Collectanea Historia shipping from? Does this zine ship internationally? Do you ship to ____?

We will be shipping from the USA, via UPS or USPS. We are able to ship to all countries except Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Haiti, Libya, Niue, Russia, South Sudan, Sudan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Yemen. 

Is tracking available?

All orders will be shipped with tracking. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your package has been shipped.
